Price and proposal

How much does a website cost?

A starter site starts from €690, a custom website from €2,900. All prices are on our pricing page. For a specific estimate, get in touch.

Is the price fixed?

Yes, after discovery. If the scope changes, we agree on the additional work before doing it.

How do I compare proposals?

Project and timeline

How long does development take?

A starter site takes 1–2 weeks, a custom website 4–8 weeks. Online stores and systems depend on discovery.

Does everything need to be decided before we start?

No. Your goal and current situation are enough. We map out the rest together.

Do you help with copy and images?

We help with structure and messaging. Copywriting we arrange separately through our partners. For images, we can help you pick suitable stock photos or bring in a professional photographer.

Is WordPress suitable for an information system?

Yes, if the system needs users, roles and content management. That is how ASÕP works.

Is WordPress secure?

Yes, when it is maintained. Most hacks come from outdated plugins and weak passwords. We stick to a few reliable plugins, update regularly and test that backups actually restore.

Do you work with other technologies?

We focus on WordPress and WooCommerce. If another technology suits your needs better, we’ll tell you in the first call and point you to the right solution or partner.

Can you build a site in German, French or other languages?

Yes. We build multilingual sites with Polylang or WPML. You provide or approve the translations; we set up the language versions, hreflang and SEO for each language. We work in English and Estonian.

Maintenance and support

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes. Plans from €49 / month: updates, backups and monitoring, with content changes from €149 / month. See WordPress maintenance.

Do you take over websites built by another developer?

Yes. We start with a takeover audit and tell you what should be fixed first. Read more on the WordPress maintenance page.

What happens if my site gets hacked?

On the Maintenance + content management and Partner plans, we respond to critical issues within 2–4 hours on business days. Then we restore from backup, find the cause and close the hole.
