What we build with WordPress
Work often starts with a website, and a year or two later you need a customer portal or an accounting integration. We build the site so it can grow without starting over. Agencies can also hire us white-label, under your brand, at €45 per hour or a fixed project price.

ASÕP substitute teacher information system
The nonprofit ASÕP places substitute teachers in Estonian schools and kindergartens. We built them a web application on WordPress where the school or kindergarten, the teacher and the administrator each have their own view.
How it was built
- Before
Substitutions were arranged through emails, phone calls and spreadsheets. It was hard to keep track of statuses, candidates and billing data.
- What we built
The school or kindergarten creates a request, suitable teachers see the offer and apply. After the substitution, the lessons are confirmed and the data moves to billing.
- Result
Everything from the request to billing now happens in one system that sends notifications on its own, so schools, kindergartens and the ASÕP team do less by hand.

How much does a project cost?
Most projects range from a few thousand to tens of thousands of euros. A starter site starts from €690 and a custom company website from €2,900, information systems and integrations at the upper end. You’ll find example prices on each service page, such as website development and maintenance. After the first 20–30 minute call we give you a specific price range.
How long does development take?
A starter site takes 1–2 weeks and a custom website 4–8 weeks. A WooCommerce store or a larger custom solution takes longer. We agree on the exact timeline during discovery.
Is WordPress secure?
Yes, when it is maintained. Most hacks come from outdated plugins and weak passwords, not from WordPress itself. That’s why we stick to a few reliable plugins, update regularly and keep backups we’ve actually test-restored.
Is WordPress suitable for an information system?
Yes, if the system needs users, roles, permissions and content management. WordPress provides these out of the box and we build the business logic on top. ASÕP is built this way.
Can I manage the content myself?
Yes. We build content blocks and fields so you don’t have to email a developer to add services, copy, images or projects.
Do you take over websites built by another developer?
