  • Critical issue: response within 2 h on business days

Licenses included: ACF Pro and Rank Math Pro on the Maintenance + content management and Partner plans, at no extra cost. Licenses for other premium plugins stay in your name. If you leave, we hand over access, backups and documentation.

Site built by another developer

We also maintain sites built by others, and we can maintain your clients’ sites white-label if you are an agency. We start with a takeover audit at a fixed price of €290, so we both know where our responsibility begins.

How much does WordPress maintenance cost?

Maintenance starts at €49 / month, maintenance + content management is €149 / month and the Partner plan €390 / month. No VAT is added. Work outside the plan is €45 per hour, and we agree on it in advance.

What is the difference between maintenance and content management?

Maintenance is the technical side: updates, backups and security. Content management adds content and smaller changes that your team would otherwise make.

Can I keep editing the content myself?

Yes. You keep admin access and can edit content as before.

What happens if I want to stop?

You can cancel with one month’s notice. We hand over access, the latest backup and documentation. You will then need your own ACF Pro and Rank Math Pro licenses.

Do you also maintain Wix or Shopify sites?

No. We maintain WordPress and WooCommerce sites, because that’s what we know inside out.
