WooCommerce development for stores that have outgrown templates

We’re a WooCommerce team, and we build your store around how you actually sell. Payments and parcel lockers work from day one, and on a custom store we connect CRM, ERP and accounting so orders don’t have to be retyped by hand.

Starter store or custom store

Both are built by a developer and in both you manage the products yourself. A starter store uses our proven store template and is a good way to start selling. For a custom store we research your customers, competitors and search demand before we build, and we test the checkout journey. A starter store can later grow on the same foundation.

When is it time to rebuild your store?

Usually the trouble is how much manual work each order takes.

NowWith the new store
Orders are copied into accounting by hand. Orders and invoices go to your accounting or ERP system automatically.
Stock levels are off and you sell items you don't have. Stock syncs automatically, so you rarely sell what's out of stock.
Business customers order by email because they have different prices. Business customers log in, see their own prices and order online.
Shoppers abandon the cart because paying or shipping is awkward. Local payment methods and parcel lockers your buyers already know.
The platform is expensive or won't let you take your data with you. WooCommerce is open source: the store and the data belong to you.

WooCommerce development: common questions

Find more answers on the FAQ page.

How much does WooCommerce development cost?

A starter store starts from €1,490 and a custom store from €5,500. No VAT is added. The price depends most on integrations, the number of products, how complex the variations are and any B2B logic.

Why WooCommerce and not Shopify or Wix?

WooCommerce is open source: the store, the data and the code belong to you, and there is no monthly platform fee. It connects well with Nordic and Baltic payment, shipping and accounting systems. If a hosted platform suits you better, we’ll tell you.

Can you connect the store to our ERP or accounting software?

Yes, if the system has an API, whether it is Merit Aktiva, Directo, Erply or another ERP. During discovery we decide which data has to move and how often, and what happens if the connection drops for a while.

Can you continue developing our existing WooCommerce store?

Yes. We start with a technical review and tell you what can be developed further and what is worth rebuilding.

Can B2B and B2C run in the same store?

Yes. Business customers log in, see their own prices and can pay by invoice. Regular shoppers see a normal store.
