2016: show the rooms, book a slot
The first site had two jobs: show what waits inside each room and let people book a time. Booking ran on WooCommerce with a booking plugin.
2019: a new design for a bigger business
In 2019 we gave the site a new design, and it is still in use today. Over the years came new rooms, a prison experience and packages for companies, schools and parties. The site is in Estonian and English, since Pärnu gets plenty of tourists.

Building a new booking system
In 2026 we moved booking to EscapeNavigator, a ready-made platform, so bookings would run reliably straight away.
As the next step, we’re building them their own CRM that will later replace it. In it, staff can:
- add, change and close time slots;
- manage gift cards;
- offer discounted prices.
Matti says change requests often come from his staff. With their own CRM, those requests can be built right into the tool people actually work in.
What’s next
A redesign of the website is underway too. It will be the third major version in ten years.
The current site

What's good about Erkky is that you can always count on him. My people often tell me that something on the website or in the booking system needs to change so we can serve customers better. 90% of the time I don't really understand what needs to be done, but when you talk to Erkky, everything gets done. Our site has also been hit by hackers a couple of times. Thanks to Erkky's quick response, it was sorted out fast. The only reason I wouldn't want to recommend him… is that then he'd have less time left for my projects and problems… –But having said that, if you're looking for a reliable partner for both conversation and solutions, Erkky is exactly the right person.
