Client
Korstnagrupp OÜ is a chimney services company whose day-to-day work involves clients, properties, fieldwork, invoices, and financial oversight. In addition to their public website, they also needed an internal tool.
Need
Information was scattered across various spreadsheets and tools. The company needed a single internal system that would consolidate the entire workflow—from customer management and task planning to invoicing and financial overviews—and that the team could learn quickly.
Solution
We built a customized internal work environment on WordPress with role-based access. The dashboard provides an overview of the day; separate modules cover clients, tasks, invoices, finances, messages, and files. We continue to develop the system in line with the company’s day-to-day needs.
Main Parts
- Dashboard — daily tasks, unpaid bills, and a financial summary.
- Customer Management — customers, related items, history, and contact information.
- Workflow — Task Management by Status.
- Invoices — creating invoices and PDFs along with payroll calculations.
- Finance — an overview of revenue, expenses, and available funds.
- Messages and Files — team communication and documents.
Result
- Customers, jobs, invoices, and finances are all in one place.
- The team can see right away from their desktops what the day has in store.
- Each user primarily sees what is relevant to their role.
