A real estate agency's website that has grown alongside the agency
Client
Kinnisvara Vahenduskeskus OÜ is a real estate agency operating in the Haapsalu and Lääne County region, with a history dating back to 2005.
Need
The agency needed a website that would showcase its services, display current offers, and guide visitors to contact information—for both local and English-speaking audiences. They did not want to have to manually enter the offers in multiple places.
Solution
The partnership has been in place since 2015. In 2026, we completely revamped the website: a clearer design, versions in Estonian and English, and flexible listing display. We also developed a direct connection to KV.ee; currently, the agency uses the Kinnisvara24 search for its visitors, since most listings are there and it suits their needs better at the moment.

Bid Combinations
We developed a direct connection to KV.ee so that listings can be automatically uploaded to the website—without duplicate entries. The solution is ready and available for use.
Currently, visitors are mainly shown the Kinnisvara24 partner search, because most of the agency’s listings are there, and this is currently more cost-effective and convenient for them. The KV.ee integration remains on standby—if the need arises, it can be brought back to the forefront.
