Three Educational Platforms to Meet the Needs of a Single Organization
Client
The NGO Tagasi Kooli is an Estonian educational organization that, since 2006, has been helping students learn life skills through guest lectures, online classes, and career education programs.
Need
Each program required its own digital environment: for booking meetings, matching participants, registration, and collecting feedback. A generic off-the-shelf solution did not cover their specific workflows, but separate systems still had to be manageable and sustainable.
Solution
Since 2021, we have developed three separate platforms—Tulevikutegijad, E-tunnid, and Tudengivari. Each serves its own target audience but shares a similar approach: a clear user experience, automated notifications, and content that the organization can manage itself.

1. Shapers of the Future
The platform supports a career education program where organizations and industry professionals meet with students. Meetings can be created, booked, and scheduled; organizations have their own member areas, and billing is integrated with day-to-day workflows.
The program’s scale gives an idea of its scope: thousands of sessions, thousands of users, and tens of thousands of students across Estonia.
2. Online Classes
A dedicated platform for Back to School e-classes: upcoming classes for registration, and past classes available in a video archive. Registration is tailored to the target audience, and reminders and requests for feedback are sent automatically.
3. Tudengivari
A student shadowing platform designed for high school students, where they can book meetings with colleges—both in person and virtually. The user experience is familiar, but the brand and content are distinct.
Result
- The three programs operate on their own platforms without the organization having to coordinate everything manually.
- Matching, notifications, and feedback reduce the administrative burden.
- Launching a new, similar brand or program has been easier because the logic is already familiar.
