Tagasi Kooli: three platforms, each for its own audience

Since 2006, the nonprofit Tagasi Kooli has helped students learn life skills. Since 2021, we have been developing three platforms for them, each with its own users and its own workflow.

The three platforms share the same foundation, but each one serves different people.

Tulevikutegijad: professionals meet students

A career education program where organizations and professionals meet students. Meetings can be created, booked and matched. Organizations have their own member area, and invoices come straight from the system.

The program has thousands of meetings and users and tens of thousands of students across Estonia.

E-tunnid: registration and a video archive

E-tunnid home page
E-tunnid: upcoming lessons and the video archive.

Upcoming lessons are open for registration, and past lessons stay in the video archive. Registration adapts to the audience, and reminders and feedback requests go out automatically.

Tudengivari: high schoolers shadow a university student

High school students book student shadowing visits with universities, on site or online. TalTech’s student shadowing visits, for example, are booked here. It works much like Tulevikutegijad, with its own brand and content.

A new branch: a job shadowing week dashboard

Job shadowing week is a career education initiative where young people spend a day getting to know a profession up close. For one organization that runs it, we built a dashboard on the same logic as Tulevikutegijad: it shows statistics, sends invitations to hosts and manages young people’s bookings.

We plan to turn it into a ready-made product for other organizations too.
