Connecting to an API is a small part of the job. Most of the time goes into handling what happens when something breaks.

Beyond integrations: AI in WordPress
AI is useful where a person runs the same check or answers the same questions every day. Two examples from Kasvuprogramm, a teacher training platform that is live and still being developed.

Ask the workbook
A participant asks about a workbook topic and gets an answer based on that material, not on the internet in general. That way the mentor won’t have to answer the same questions again and again.

Reflection check
A teacher writes a reflection, and before it is submitted AI checks whether all required points are covered. It gives a hint about what is missing and leaves the assessment to a person.
You decide what data the AI sees. We agree on what is sent to the AI service, and we do not hand over personal data for model training.

How much does an API integration cost?
A simple integration starts from €1,200. No VAT is added. The price depends on the amount of data, whether data moves one way or both ways, and how well the other system’s API is documented.
What if the system has no API?
Then we use file exchange, email or a scheduled import. They are slower, but often good enough.
Wouldn't n8n or Make be cheaper?
For a simple flow, often yes, and then we recommend them. When the logic is complex or there is a lot of data, custom code is more reliable and has no monthly fees.
Is it safe to give our data to AI?
We agree on which data is sent and use services that do not train on your data. With personal data, we prefer a setup where AI sees only what it needs.
Can you fix an existing integration?
Yes. We review the logs and the code and tell you whether it is worth fixing or rebuilding.
